Outdoor gigs coming up: Main St Car Free Day and Khatsahlano Street Party!

Posted: June 3, 2019

As Spring continues and we head into Summer, it’s always so nice to welcome some better weather here in Vancouver. And we hope it is favourable for our next two shows which are both outdoors and free!

  • On Sunday, June 16, we’ll be playing the Main Street Car Free Festival in front of Red Cat Records, 4332 Main St., near East 28th Ave. It’s great to celebrate another Father’s Day (Mike and Kevin are the pops in our band) playing outside in the sun (hopefully!). We’ll be on at 1:30pm sharp. The photo above was taken by the elusive Justin Lim when we played Car Free Day at Red Cat in June 2017.
  • On Saturday, July 6, we are stoked to be playing this year’s Khatsahlano Street Party on West 4th Ave! This is always an amazing, well-attended event featuring big name and up and coming local bands, as well as lots of other entertainment and many great vendors and food trucks. We are scheduled for 1pm on the Maple Stage–we’ll update this post with the specific location once we confirm it. Thanks to Zulu Records for including us this year! After this, we’ll be back at the Princeton Pub for a couple of Summer shows: with our friends Coach Strobcam on July 19 and on August 17, when we’ll be celebrating a certain band member’s birthday…

Check out our 2019 photo gallery for some great shots from our April gig at the Princeton Pub. See you outside and inside!
