Gigs coming up!

We’re pleased to announce our first gigs of 2014. Coming up sooner than you think, we’re playing on Sunday, March 23 at the Railway Club. We’re stoked to be sharing the bill with a couple of great Vancouver bands, Wonderful Diving Horses and the full-band debut of the Diviners. Wonderful Diving Horses have recently released two new songs which you can listen to and download at their website, www.wonderfuldivinghorses.com; they also have an awesome EP out — check it out! The full-band version of the Diviners features Janis McKenzie (of the Touch & Gos and the Starlings) and members of The New Black, whom we’ve shared a stage with in the past. Then on Friday, May 2, we’ll be playing in Victoria (Esquimalt, actually!) at the Cambie Esquimalt with our friends, The Tower of Dudes, and one other band to be announced soon. The Tower of Dudes have just released a a fantastic new album, Make Your Own Culture, available from their Bandcamp page: towerofdudes.bandcamp.com. More details will follow about this gig as we get closer to the date. 

Speaking of new recordings, we will be heading back into JC/DC Studios in May to [finally] finish our third album! We’ve spent the first part of this year working on new songs for the recording and will debut a few of them at our March 23rd gig.
